I took a little break to Whitby and had to take my camera with me because I knew I was in for a visual treat experience. My girlfriend and I stayed in a lovely boutique bed and breakfast, advised by TripAdvisor and we weren’t disappointed. Laura and Mark Verity at Hudsons were really nice and following a stretch of heavy downpours they upgraded our room as they were a little quieter than normal. Both Laura and Mark were keen to attend to our every need and I just had to take a few photos of the room they put us in because it was so impressive.
During our stay I was able to capture Whitby Abbey, Captain James Cook and the Whale Bone Arch and made sure I got some of these shots with a nice sunset to exaggerate the beauty of the seaside town. I was able to create a nice collection of photography prints as the mixture of bad weather and occasionally bright sunny patches meant I was able to get some great shots of the clouds and sky which act as a great backdrop for the stunning scenery.
