Student Accommodation – Landlord walkthrough video – Leeds

 A quick spin around a student property with a camera can help with landlords viewing schedule when it comes to renting their properties. This student accommodation wasn’t dressed by me so I didn’t need to come into contact with any of the current tenants.  They were asked to do a quick tidy and made sure they were out for a couple of hours whilst I did the filming. I kept my mask and gloves on and there was relatively no touching of anything in the property.
