Tom Maxwell is very talented craftsman making bespoke furniture for very high class customers. This piece of work was fashioned from thin layers of veneer which were bent into shape to offer this sleek and modern look. Created to function as a multipurpose stool it has three tier steps designed for sitting or standing with a pull out bracket and can also be used as a table. I enjoyed shooting this in my studio and hope to see many more of his clever designs in the future.
