Spike Digital have developed a fantastic structure for ensuring their ever expanding team have the company’s brand of new staff headshot by inviting me along to an annual team building event.There headshot planning over the past few years has meant I’ve joined them to take a new team shot and a headshot portrait for new staff or old ones wanting an update. Then I usually join them in one of their team building events to get some reportage, candid shots of each individual for the marketing team to do shoutouts throughout the year, these are usually happy, smily images of each team member. The way this is organised means I can compress the time I am visiting them and they continue to have great looking portraits of all the staff in their company.
