These custom designed wedding invitations contain the wedding details inside a diamante decorated outer envelope with the details being bound together with a ribbon to a piece of textured card. Originally the ribbon sandwiched together a response card in between these two but the couple decided they didn’t want this card in the final design after all.
I’m based in Leeds but these were for a couple living in County Durham, we spoke about the design over e-mail and I posted up a mock up of the final product before they were all handmade. I offered them a variety of different texts which they jumbled up and created their own individual wording for and the design process took a couple of weeks to finalise with the handmaking of 60 taking another couple of weeks.
